Carcassonne bike shops

Going down to Carcassonne for a month.Any decent bike shops worth visiting and anyone know of any decent rides. TIA

Not much advice, but was near Limoux for a week and the little riding I did there was excellent. Quiet roads, rolling hills, lovely wine region scenery. Bit further south there's some proper climbs and gorges (we were driving, more's the pity). North from Carcassonne there's more hills, quiet roads. Pretty much everywhere we drove (off the main roads), I wished I was riding.
