    shame about the weather.

    why was the sprint so slow? is that an up hill finish?

    Slight drag on it, but it was a very small group contesting and opened quite early I think.

    ah yes thats why it had all the hallmarks of a "slightly longer than i thought" sprint for the town sign :)
  • Uphill incline and head wind.

    In the support race the U16 riders took all the Strava records for a the loops of Arthur's Seat and the climb. The U16 lead 4 sprint was faster too, with the 4 of them within a wheel of the win.

    Great racing from the youngsters. Hopefully this event grows and grows.
