    A few years ago an underpass near me was flooded, some tool in a 3 series thought they could drive through. The car was bobbing about when a neighbour saw it, by the time the water subsided the car had turned through 90' and was blocking all 3 lanes. Glad I was on my bike that day, I did use the elevated pavement though.
