Dunno about shops, but if there's a race on, I can recommend l'Express Bar on the corner of Rue du Roule and Rue Saint Honore.
Was the only place I could find showing Paris-Roubaix when I was there, and had a decent atmosphere with locals and cyclists (Rapha cycle club turned up for a late lunch)

Isn't there something called 'Disneyworld' "? Or is that somewhere else?
Disneyland Paris, which is a ways outside of the city really. That and the mortgage you'll need in order to visit.
Holds zero appeal. All reports I've heard are it's only bearable outside of main holiday crushes, so doesn't really tick the box unfortunately.

On reflection, in that case, I would suggest the Palace of Versailles.
