    KOM claimed despite much soreness from yesterday’s fall.

    Now waiting for hire car to be picked up and find out how much some twit reversing into it and driving off is going to cost :(

    Then pool time until taxi pick up at 18:00, thank god as ive missed work (might be a lie)

    Slight headwind out and then the wind picked up as I went round, then stiff tail wind home. How good was that?!

    Weather is good. Not hot but comfortable.

    Pulled dreadful old carpet off the staircase, dusty messy job. Cleaned up more of the other dusty mess downstairs.

    Afternoon,

    Went to the artisan food market this morning but wasn't anything worth buying, just overpriced sausage rolls. Spent our money in the German supermarket instead.

    Got woken up at 7 this morning by a hot air balloon flying around the house looking like it was about to land in the park. Dunno what that was all about.
