Have used them a number of times over the years without any problems as Pearl Izumi use them as distributors for their gear. From memory, it can get a bit confusing as you order from Freewheel, payment is handled through a rather clunky Shopatron system and dispatch handled by Madison but all will be well in the end.
Freewheel/Madison themselves have been around for decades as I used to them back in the 80s with their mail order catalogue then in the 90s when they went into retail stores.0 -
I've bought through them, it's not quite a click and collect as you'll be used to at Halfords, Evans etc. Can get 10% off through British Cycling and collect at your local bike shop, so it's not all bad.0

Only used them once but will again. Competitive prices delivery was good, I needed to send something back and was delighted to find that returns were free and easy (collect +) and the refund was quick.0

Can you advise as to how you managed to get the 15% off? Got a code?0 -

Signed up and got 15% off first order code within a few hours, however code is NOT valid against Garmin products (amongst other restrictions)!0
