RS785 bleeding issue

Hi. I'm trying to bleed new RS785 calipers, however the oil won't go into the caliper no matter how far I open the bleed screw - there's total resistance against the syringe plunger so no fluid is going in.
Can anyone please advise?

I take it you've opened the bleed port screw at the lever?0

You need the Shimano bleed kit, open the port on the on the lever and fit the reservoir and push the fluid all the way throughMake mine an Italian, with Campagnolo on the side..0
