Marks on carbon frame

I'm currently considering buying a used Scott Genius 710+(2016) and I've been going over the frame with a fine tooth comb and all looks perfect(to my eyes) apart from this mark in the image.

Is it just a simple scuff from something, a blemish of the natural finishing of the carbon or something more sinister I should be worried about?

Looks like the paint has been rubbed off. I've had something similar using bike racks when the padding has slipped.

That's what I'm thinking it may be as the previous owner used the Thule 591 roof racks so it could potentially be from the arm.
This will be my first carbon frame and I seem to read a mixture of things around don't ever buy a used carbon so I'm probably being over cautious.

Looks cosmetic rather than anything structural.

Looks like rubbing from a strap or a frame bag or something.. I wouldn't worry
