Clicking sound.Need help

Hello friends.I have a problem that drive me crazy.On first gear and sometimes in second i hear a metalic sound like a click or two clicks sound.The click,sound at a certain time about every rotation or something like that.I was at the mechanic he adjusted the deraieur,service the hub,i change the deraieur hanger,new chain,but the sound is still there.Only problem i can see is at deraieur who have a little body move and some kind of click sound at bolts.The transmision is 1x11 Sram gx with 11-46 sunrace casette.bike is 1 year old.Please help  and sorry for my english.Have a nice day

Sounds like the derailleur is misaligned or poorly adjusted, without seeing it, it's a job to tell.

Look up on the internet how to set up your gears. You won't have to start from scratch because the Bike shop mechanic would have spotted any big errors.
