So what riders that have been on the Sky / Ineos roster have failed to win a race? It's amazing how quickly I forget riders, it always feels like the team has been fairly stable with very few changes so when I saw that original question I was surprised by the sheer number of riders.

Crunching lists of name on wikipedia I'm getting a list of 87 riders including stagiaires

A lot of them ended up as DSs - Portal, Arvesen, Cioni, Zandio, Rasch

I suppose there were the likes of Dibben and Peters who didn't really feature much. Whatever happened to Apollonio?

Now, didn't he win something? One of the Majorca races. Or was that for Quick Step?

Went to AG2R, then onto Androni. With his career in decline he turned to EPO and got busted.

(And Dibben won a World Tour race - Tour of California TT)
