    Cycling around Birmingham today, should be a giggle. Forecast says rain so I’m thinking about stopping bikes

    Later is pick the family up from the beer festival and off to a family party - got that wrong

    Morning. Todays plan is go home from work, sleep, get up and drink lots of freshly brewed coffee, ride bike, drink beer and vino collapso, bed.

    Looks like summer's over: cloudy now and forecasting rain shortly. Perfect weather for a time trial.
    Might go and put the trippy tyres back on my bike.

    My sister has landed, doom is spreading but on the upside, I doubt i'll see her much this visit.

    Just changed into my cycling clothes, my weather app stated chance of precipitation 0% , the heavens have just opened up , can’t they get anything right ?, rant over

    Tell me about it.
    Saw the heavy rain from 7 on my weather app so as it wasn't raining I jumped out of bed and went out to do the necessary fettling before the heavens opened.
    It's still dry outside.
    Maybe you are here and I am there?

    Anyone got any tips on how to sort out a stiff neck pronto?
    Woke up with it yesterday and thought it had gone this morning, but turns out it hasn't. Might just have to ibuprofen up :?

    grrr, tub that got cut in the wet a few weeks back has developed a slow puncture at the damaged bit, cut must've reached the carcass and the tube abraded on the rough bit, gluing a fresh one, old one goes on the todo pile

    Been out for a nice sunny walk in the park and wood with hounds 1 & 2. Three if you count Strifey :) Good spot of socialization for junior hound even if some of the dogs he was tryi g to play with could have had him for a snack.

    Onwards to jobs and collecting Stropteen from her biology field trip.

    Why are there so many stupid people around this week:

    A guy parked up on the hard shoulder of the M56 to pick people up from the airport. Police spot him and have a word then find he hasn't got any insurance: https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-m ... r-48852890
