    Changing my pick to Bernal please. Think Barguil probably doesn't have enough cushion at 2:16 to be allowed to get away after all. Was thinking today is close enough to Bastille day for a French rider to give it a proper go, but Ineos should shut things down and make it one of their statement stages like they like to do with Froome.

    So S6 Bernal please and sorry for the inconvenience.

    S6 - Thomas... just to be different, I think the steep bits at end don't suit him but I'll stick with my GC choice to demonstrate he's in the mix. Looking forward to a good stage
