i remember that
given that the usa returned russia's favour by infiltrating software nasties into the control systems of their power grid, i did wonder if this outage was a demonstration of capability by someone - the victims aren't in the position to nuke anyone in retaliation, and no one else is likely to go to war for themmy bike - faster than god's and twice as shiny0 -
