    i remember that :)

    given that the usa returned russia's favour by infiltrating software nasties into the control systems of their power grid, i did wonder if this outage was a demonstration of capability by someone - the victims aren't in the position to nuke anyone in retaliation, and no one else is likely to go to war for them

    Pretty much the plot of the above novel. It does seem very massive but then I guess there has to be a connector to move it all along somewhere, and if that goes.....
