Hutchinson/Michelin size comparison

Thinking of getting a pair of Hutchinson tubeless ready 11 storm Performance tyres. Currently running Michelin 25mm Pro4 service course and endurance. On my 18mm internal rims, these are the largest size tyres I can mount on my frame.
Anyone out there gone from the pro4 in a 25mm to the Hutchinson Performance? Which Hutchinson comes up slightly narrower than the Michelin, the 25 or 28? I know that the Michelin is very large for its stated size and am guessing/hoping that the Hutchinson 28 will give slightly more clearance. Thanks in advance.

I have a set of 28mm Hutchinson Fusion 5s on a 19mm internal rim, and they measure 29mm.0
