Pull Ratio

Hello people, hope you are all well?
My cross bike basically came with a full tiagra road setup and after using it on a charity ride last year I really struggled with climbs towards the end. I’ve gone for a bigger cassette now which the rear mech couldn’t cope with so have also now acquired a deore RD-M6000-GS derailleur (MTB) which requires a different pull ratio to the tiagra mech. I’ve ruled out the Jtek shiftMate as according to their site doesn’t work with tiagra.
Does anybody know if there is a drop bar shifter that I can use instead as I’m considering a Microshift thumb shifter for the tops?
Thanks in advance for any feedback

Can't you just use a long cage Tiagra mech? - would be a lot simpler...0

Yeah I’m thinking that’s what I will have to do. I just like clutch rear mechs.0

Get the medium cage Ultegra RX800 and see what size cassette it will handle? Shimano say officially 34t so I'm guessing 36t would be do-able.
