Afternoon.

I'm struggling to find compatible replacement chain rings for my old Cannondale Flash.

Any recommendations?

Thanks.

Presumably the stupid 3 bolt, you either need replacements from FSA (if they still do them) or get a replacement crankset with sensible rings you can easily replace.

Personally I'd swap it out for a decent used Shimano XT with the 104x4 bolt pattern.

A few places sell them but they are £35+ per ring.
You'll be better off buying a replacement chain set. Either go second-hand as The Rookie suggests or a new Deore M6000 double is about £80.

    As above.

I'd look at changing to a set of SLX or XT cranks. That's what I have on my bikes and never had an issue with the kit or getting spares.
