Today was meeting plus haematology plus an un-scheduled visit to urinology.

But everything is fine (apart from an infection) and I will get some testosterone injections.

Morning was taken up by having some work I did scrutinised in extreme detail, then radio silence whilst people above my pay grade argued so I have spent the last two hours looking for something to spend my £250 annual gear allowance on. I've just been invited to a call tomorrow morning called 'Final Sign Off' which sounds like a good thing.

If anyone is interested I think I'm going to get a Rab Kinetic Alpine jacket. The zip on my super hardcore goretex pro jacket has failed but I'll just get it fixed and have 2 for different weather scenarios... rain or lots of rain.

Set out this morning on a 35m ride before work, saw what I thought was a dead guy on the road side but carried on as people were already there phoning it in.

On the way back along the same road, no body but a full police cordon. The local "discuss village (& dog poo)" group linked to it being a medical issues so thankfully no dead people.

Site meeting and an uneventful visit to Evans for a Gilet this morning, now driving the laminated piece of chipboard.

Conference over, on minibus back to the airport. May have a nap on the flight back.

I already have full membership if you count the girl I copped off with on a ski holiday in Tignes (alt 2,100m) back in 1991.

I coined that the 'Mile Low' club. Seems more apt.

    Evening

Had a crap start to the day: went to the train station then just as the train pulled in realised most of my stuff was still at home so had to go back and drive to work... And still got to work 5 minutes earlier than if I'd got the train.

The little camera I ordered arrived this morning. Video quality is great unless you've got it strapped to your handlebars in which case it's better than a psychedelic gif.
The camera has a built in shock sensor to record your untimely demise, but it put about 80% of the clips in the "crash" folder due to the bumpy roads :D
