Helmet Strap Blotchiness

Don't even know if this is a condition or if it is something I should get looked at. Just wanted to see if any other cyclists suffer with it.
Quite often when I come back from a good ride I develop red patches on the cheek bone area. I have put it down to a mixture of sweat / helmet Strap rub.
They generally go overnight, just wondering if other helmet wearing cyclists ever get the same.
I ask as I take blood thinners for repeated DVT so was trying to rule out internal bruising / blood pressure etc.

something like sudocreme might help - apply liberally though or it'll end up all over the strap!www.conjunctivitis.com - a site for sore eyes0
