Ridley Phaeton T Headset

Hello! I recently acquired a Ridley Phaeton frameset (2012 I believe) with Record integrated headset. The online specifications indicate that this is the correct headset, but these seems to be a lot of play in the top bearing. The steerer is 1-1/8 straight. Does anyone know what the problem might be? Thank you!

    The only way there’s any play is if it’s not adjusted properly or a piece is missing.

    Start again from the beginning it should be ok. Look up the park tool video on YouTube
