Internal dropper post through bottle mount.

Hi,

I've just realised that my bottle mounts on my seat tube have been drilled out ( to allow the seat to go lower) and this may be a opportunity to fit an internally routed dropper post.

How does that sound?

    perfectly plausible indeed
    It may be a little tricky to get the cable through the hole due to the angle, the easiest way to do it would be from the hole and up the seat tube - this assumes that you are able to detach the cable from the seat post, Im not up to date with the lastest designs.
    The other thing to check is how low the bottom of the seat post would be when its dropped as it cant be below the cable hole.

    Yes, it's looking good. I can poke a cable through and get it to come out the top.

    Current seat post goes down all the way and leaves the bottom hole clear (good point).

    I think I will give it a go.
