Sherwood Pines access restricted

Today 16th May'19, I came across a notice posted at one of the trail entrances. It is posted under the Countryside and Rights of Way Act 2000.
For the period Fri 3pm 28th Jun'19 to Mon 8am 1st Jul'19, There will be NO PUBLIC ACCESS to the whole of the area known as Sherwood Pines.
The notice said it is for "Public Safety due to Special Events". The only event I know about is a Jack Savoretti concert on the Sunday. They don't normally close the whole area for events like that. Events like this usually will affect parking and access to the red,blue and green trails. Maybe there is now another event on Sat (I haven't looked) and the FC have decided to close the whole area. Go at the wrong time and parking is a nightmare.
