Shimano RT4 shoes?

Anybody have any experience with these?
Ive had several pairs of shimano shoes including the RT32 that preceeded these. Having used them only three times Ive got scuffs on the front of both shoes just from light contact with the front wheel.
Wonder if this is a common problem?

Ive managed to get Amazon to agree to a refund, wont be buying these style shimano shoes again - hopefully this will be useful for others to know too0

Has read that easy scuffing was an issue on the RC7s, but hadn't read anything about issue on RT4s, bit surprised as they look quite robust at the front.================

no definitely not, Ive only worn mine four times, and just through light contact with the front wheel (slow turns at junctions, lights etc) both ends have scuffed through to the black sub layer. Wouldnt have been so bad if the under layer was gray or white but black holes in a light gray shoe looks bad. Im not usually fussed about how my kit looks but I wear these for work.0
