Bike fit recommendations. West midlands area.

Evening all.

As the title suggests. Anyone with any decent bike fit recommendations in the West Mids area? Thinking I should get a decent set up sorted by a professional.

    Had mine done at Bridgtown Cycles, not had a proper one before and happy with it. Friend had his done near Shenstone, ill find the name but think it something like Botterell.

    Thanks folks!

    I shall be looking in to the above and checking availability.

    Also, probably a bit of a bone question...however, I'm guessing its best to get a fit done BEFORE going and changing things on your ride? No point buying a 90mm stem when you could well need 110mm and so on?

    Reason being is I have an old 'dale R500 that I absolutely adore and would like to bring up to date and make sure fits me correctly.
