2019 lyrik air spring upgrade is it worth it?

Found out today that there is an upgraded spring for the lyrik. I have a 2017 lyrik solo air 170mm rct3 fork.
Will the spring upgrade fit with it being a debonair upgrade?
Will it make a noticeable difference?
Should I increase travel to 180 if I'm doing it anyway? And will this make any real difference?
This fork is fitted to a Santa Cruz nomad cc 3
