Canyon Di2 Holder

I have a Canyon Ultimate CF SLX Di2 which today needed charging. When trying to access the charging port on the Di2 Junction Box the T-piece which holds it in place snapped. Has this happened to anyone else? I've contacted Canyon support but this being Sunday and then tomorrow a Bank Holiday I don't expect an answer back before Tuesday at the earliest.

Maybe a silly suggestion but was there not a spare in the parts box?
My Endurace came with a spare Rubber clip which holds the junction box.0 -
My model has the aero cockpit H36 which has a recess for the junction box to sit into so I can't use the OEM Shimano strap. Although I have two as the original one wasn't used and the spare provided.0

Hi, I have just done exactly the same thing, snapped the end off the plate. Did you manage to find a replacement? I have looked online and not found anything yet so currently have some tape holding the junction box in place. Thanks0

Yep - same bike, same problem and same solution for me, too (a bit of gaffer tape)!
It's obviously a 'feature' of that particular bike.0 -
No longer have the Canyon but I was able to buy one from Canyon directly. Think it cost something stupid like £15 and is still made of chocolate. Canyon need to find another solution to this.0

Thanks for the update and couldn't agree more. Do you happen to know the Canyon name of the part? I was hoping to find something on Ebay but it is difficult without the correct part name. Thanks again.0

Just double checked and it cost me £13.94 which I think was mostly postage. I think I had to phone Canyon UK to get it ordered. Had to do it twice as the piece is a shitty design which fatigues the plastic until it fails.0
