DI2 Wont Synchro Shift

I recently changed the 5-port junction box on my 6870 set-up for a 3-port version and suddenly it wont synchro or semi-synchro shift.

E-tubes says everything is up to date and the config is set to synchro for both settings 1 and 2.

Still nothing. Any advice?
Mud - Genesis Vapour CCX
Race - Fuji Norcom Straight
Sun - Cervelo R3
Winter / Commute - Dolan ADX

    You tried double clicking the the button to cycle through the modes presumably?

    go back to 5 port as it works?

    5 port is on the TT bike now.

    Yeah, cough, there's no way I would have forgotten to move out of manual shifting. No-one is that dumb.

    Anyway, it appears to have fixed itself now.
