Creaky overhaul

My bike has made it through the winter but has come out the other side creaking all over. It’s only done 1500km so assuming everything is not worn I think it just needs a bit of lube and tightening up.

When you do your Spring bike clean what do you cover and how intensively? I don’t want to take it all apart ideally so was thinking the following:

Cranks off, re-grease and tighten BB
Clean and tighten seat post/ saddle rails
Clean rims/ brake pads. Adjust as necessary
Clean, and re-grease fork, headset, stem
Adjust indexing rear and front.

Anything major I’m missing?

Check the chain for wear. If OK then complete chain degrease and clean.
Clean the jockey wheels (removed) and check the bearings for wear.
    Cleand and lube the pedals.
Release the gear and brake cables and run some light oil down them.

I tend to wait till the warmer weather arrives and give the winter bike a partial stripdown on the patio.

Things I check after winter include the headset bearings and BB, (Shimano) hubs and freehub get a clean and relube. Cassette gets a proper clan since it comes off and falls to bits. Seatpost comes out for a wipe down and reapplication of carbon paste. Mudguards come off so I can give the frame a proper wash and a once over checking for damage / corrosion.
