I've been having issues with my wahoo elmnt bolt the last couple of weeks, it'll upload my very short 3 mile commute, but won't upload my tuesday night club ride, it'll upload the ride to the club, and home from it but not the actual ride itself, that's two weeks on the trot it's done it.

On the elemnt app, on the results page it says waiting for sync on all of my rides.
When the device is connected it'll say that it's sycning then just go back to waiting for sync.
No matter how many times I click sync on the computer itself, it just doesn't. It says synced all, but evidently has not.

Any ideas, I'm getting worried that people won't believe me when I say that I've ridden my bike.

If you're uploading through the app on your phone, longer rides can take a while to sync - I'm guessing bluetooth isn't the fastest way of sending data. I usually leave mine syncing while I have a shower when I get in, it's normally done by the time I'm finished.

It must be something to do with Garmin. Last time I got involved in a GPS computer thread it turned out that this was the case for most things.

    All sorted now.

I deleted the companion app & re-downloaded it only to find it's pretty much a whole new app, completely different layout ect..
Bit annoying to have to do that but hey ho.

You probably didn't need to uninstall the app. If on android just go in to your apps in the play store and update any in need (most should do this automatically depending on your settings)

Sounds like you don't have "auto updates" enabled on your phone (for the app)
