Cycle Route 66 (Hebden Bridge - Manchester) / Route 62. - Road Bike

I'm just looking for some information, I'm wanting to ride on some of the cycle paths but on a road bike, I had a walk form hebden bridge today to Todmorden and it was easilly cyclable on a road bike. But I'm wondering if the whole route specified in the title is passable by road bike? Especially where Route 82 meets Route 62 at the Bridgewater canal.
