The start is in the beautiful university city of Maastricht in Limburg, home to one of my daughters for three years, and a regular cycling destination for me during that time. The AGR route is permanently signposted and can be found here.
So, local food of the gods, and beer's not far behind...
Although a more local beer choice would be from here, and who seem to have gone all 'crafty'...
