Bike roof racks

hi, i am looking to get a bike roof rack system for my skoda superb, i plan putting two adult bikes and two kids bikes, what sytems to people recommend?

    I have always used www.roofbox.co.uk for this kind of thing.
    They stock models across the full price range.

    I’ve tried a roof rack and pretty quickly moved to a tow bar option. I found the lateral movement of the bike on the roof was disconcerting, the noise was incredible at speed and the faff of mounting hem up there was also painful. If a tow bar is an option then it’s much better IMHO

    I would invest in some Thule 598 bike carriers, keep 4 on the roof of my car and used to regularly haul 2 adult bikes and 2 kids bikes all the way to the South of france with no dramas, use them for shorter trips now, had them for nearly 8 years and still work perfectly, try ebay for some used bargains they very rarely go wrong
