eTap rear mech missing shifts
Rather confusing situation at the weekend, a few times in the ride the rear mech simply stopped responding, on my Wahoo I can see the gear its in, its always around mid cassette, sometimes you can bring it back to life shifting up then back down, other times it just goes to stops responding for a while then comes back an catches up with all the missed shifts.
Swapped the batteries front to back, an changed the shifter ones at a random co-op again same issue, front mech works fine.
Is it worth de pairing the mech an shifters, then trying again? I can't see any obstructions and when its not responding you cant see it try to move either.

It’s a known problem, there’s a whole thread about this on weightweenies. Sram will swap it for a new one if your still under warranty. I’ve just had mine swapped out.0

Ah OK thanks, guessing its direct via SRAM rather than the retailer, groupsets only about three months old.0

contact the retailer, they have the warranty channel back to sram - sram's uk website says they don't deal direct with consumers

Yeah, I got it brand new boxed from an eBay seller, this could be fun!0

But, its not bluetooth, looks like a common fault after much googling, SRAM seem pretty happy to just swap out the offending device, lead times nothing is quoted.
Going to a service centre later to have a chat about the what to do.0
