Quarq spider

Does anyone know if a quarq spider is specific to a BB type?

I have a quarq ready gxp crank and am looking at a BB30 quarq chainset. Can I just swap the spider from the chainset onto my crank?

    I believe the spiders are the same, the difference is the spindle they bolt onto, I know with the other spidered SRAM/Quarq options I've come across they seem to be be.
    FWIW I've been toying with chucking my Force crank arms on the PM body to saw weight (alloy Quarq, Carbon Force cranks)

    Yes, but check the bolt configuration as well as they offer both hidden and non-hidden bolt depending on your crank arm.

    I am guessing you know already but you can also purchase the spider itself rather than the complete crankset and removing the spider from that.

    Yep aware of the bolt issue. I have an Elsa crank so only looking for a three bolt option which as far as I can see is no longer available. Going to have to be a 2nd purchase.
