I love switching from my wheels and brake pads from carbon to metal, I really do. Not.

Are the attached brake pads for carbon rims? How can one tell pads made for carbon rims versus not. I googled the markings on the pad - no such luck.

Thank you!

I believe they're normal ones for alloy. Carbon brake blocks are a bit rarer.

What you don't want to do is use blocks that have been on alloy rims and then use for CF rims. The alloy bits embedded in the blocks will wear the CF quicker.

If you don't know, then I wouldn't use them on either.

Carbon blocks are cheap anyway. The wiggle Lifeline ones are £5 and are really good.

As above - use any pads on a carbon brake track, although the Wiggle ones are v good. Just don't use the same actual set of pads that you also use on alu wheels.
