Canyon order issues

I ordered the new strive on thursday I got a call from canyon saying due to an internal error they have had to cancel my order and they have created a new one on my behalf. They then updated my order status to cancelled and a new order number was created.
but I have noticed that the first order that was cancelled is now at the picking stage and has got a UPS tracking number and label has been created. But the says cancelled.
Has anyone had this issue before?
