Canyon order issues

I ordered the new strive on thursday I got a call from canyon saying due to an internal error they have had to cancel my order and they have created a new one on my behalf. They then updated my order status to cancelled and a new order number was created.

but I have noticed that the first order that was cancelled is now at the picking stage and has got a UPS tracking number and label has been created. But the says cancelled.

Has anyone had this issue before?

    Nope, but with luck, you should end up with two bikes!

    I ordered a sack of dog food the other day. It duly arrived and I chucked it in the boot. When I got home I had an email saying they'd cancelled my order and giving me a £10 voucher towards my next purchase.

    I'm waiting to see if they refund my card...
