This maybe a silly question, but what pressure should you run a Schwalbe Insider Folding Turbo Trainer Tyre at? :?

    I run mine as hard as possible in the hope that it makes things a bit more efficient.

    Mine is a Zaffiro Pro and recommends 107/109 psi.

    What's more important than the actual pressure value (as long as you're in the range posted above) is keeping the pressure the same each time you use it, as the resistance of the trainer depends on the pressure in the tyre. Keeping the pressure the same keeps the resistance and the measured power (if the trainer measures power) as consistent as possible.
