Which cycle to work scheme?

Hello
We dont have a scheme at work and I am about to approach HR for setting one up. There are a few cyclists in the office and my understanding is it isnt hard to set up :roll:
Seems to be a few schemes.
These are the main things for me -
- Easy to set up
- Choice of shops
- Can spend more than £1k
Which one you recommend?
Anything else to consider?

The one assigned to Halfords allows some flexibility as you can use it some other local shops, I wouldn't have bothered if I had to go with Halfords only. I phoned the helpine and was given a list of local shops accepting Halfords LoC.I've added a signature to prove it is still possible.0
