    Complete cock move, but we don't know the reasoning behind it. However, obviously way OTT whatever the case.

    I wonder how the victim would have held up if wearing a helmet?

    Just like every time someones says "my helmet saved my life" whenever a helmet wearing debate comes up.

    You can't know unless you repeat the exact same conditions with and without a helmet.

    So it is a pointless statement.

    There's very little to learn from this unusual incident, other than to expose to the public in hope of finding the alleged "offender".
