Thanks. I'm a big fan of neils videos.

I was more after what am doing wrong.
The problem I have is translating neils awesome videos into skills I can do.

Is it completely wrong then?

Yes it's wrong, you're pulling back on the bars, instead of your backside going down to the saddle then backwards, it's an L shape maneuver.
