Hi, Are there any owners of the Hawk Hill 2018 that know what make the bottom bracket is? Mine has developed a creek and having removed the crankset there appears to be grit in the bearing on the drive side. The only reference I can find is that its an external sealed unit. I'm unable to remove so I've ordered a park tool remover which should arrive in the next few days. I want to also order a replacement BB, so can anybody recommend an upgrade as I've only covered 300 miles since new (although these are all winter miles).

Thanks in advance.

Well if its external (screw in) it will either be 24/24 Shimano HT2 or 24/22 GXP style, I'd pop the cranks off and measure up!
Currently riding a Whyte T130C, X0 drivetrain, Magura Trail brakes converted to mixed wheel size (homebuilt wheels) with 140mm Fox 34 Rhythm and RP23 suspension. 12.2Kg.

Thanks, managed to replace them at the weekend. The BB was equivalent to a BB52 so I've replaced with a Shimano Deore BB52 for now. If this doesn't last too long then I'll probably upgrade to a better BB in the future!!!
