Shimano Alivio FD

Hello there !
I think my front derailleur is damaged and I'm looking to replace it. I've replaced everything from the bottom bracket right back to the rear wheel. I have a situation where I cannot set the FD limit screws without rubbing between the chain and the FD cage. It has movement where there should be none and it looks damaged.
I have a triple front chainring and 8 speed cassette. The FD is top pull and is a clamp on type. The cycle frame is aluminium but I have not checked the seat tube diameter yet but I think its 34.9
Can I use this ?

I don't have a trustworthy LBS where I am in Madrid. My local will try to sell parts they don't want.
Any help appreciated

I see. Then I'm top swing then.
