Noticed that Rally UHC have included Rutland in its programme this year, most likely to use as a warm up for the tour of Yorkshire.

Wonder if any other pro conti teams are entering.......

No idea about teams but there's a couple of WT riders doing it as part of the Latvian national team.

Great event, can't wait to get out there and see it.

I am sure there was debate about why SKY couldn't send a team to enter one of the UKs biggest one day races and its something to do with UCI rules.

I wonder if a Team GB entry could solve that.

I don't know if I was being dim but I couldn't see it on Rally's "Races" schedule.

Really good to see the race grow on an international stage though!

I dont think Strada Bianchi was a world tour race until recently

Strade was third tier until 2015 when it went second tier, then to top tier in 2017.

Cycle Classic is 4th tier so limited to:
UCI professional continental teams of the country
    UCI continental teams
    National teams
UCI foreign professional continental teams (max. 2)
    Regional and club teams

Disappointingly its no longer listed in their programme. It was definitely there, hence the link.

Now listed again on the Rally website, possibly as a result of them being confirmed as a Tour de Yorkshire team earlier today.
