Bike/shoe fit help!

Recently I have been having a lot of issues with pedalling while on the bike. While I pedal, one of my feet likes to point a lot more than the other, which in turn makes pedalling feel very un-balanced and un-natural. Also, I can never seem to get the foot with the pointy toes at a comfortable angle (this definitely isn't a cleat float problem as i never feel as if the float is wrong). I've had a professional bike fit less than a year ago and two cleat fittings since these problems started but nothing seems to help.

Any suggestions on what could be wrong/ what can be done to fix this would be massively appreciated.

Is pointy foot leg shorter than the other leg ?

I think I may give that or something similar a try

Strangely enough it's the other way around, the pointy foot leg is longer by about 2mm

if a bike fit and two further fittings haven't helped then it may simply be that the people you saw weren't up to the job

try somewhere that has phyiotherapist and/or podiatrist available, for instance

I have thought about another bike fit but it just seems like a lot of money to spend for something that might not be bike fit related

that's the point of involving physio/podiatrist, it's not a bike fit

if the problem is due to your rather than the bike they should be able to identify it and advise how to resolve/mitigate - shims, wedges, orthotics, therapy etc.
