Managed to get through some pretty tough headwinds on the way back to Alfreton in Derbyshire through the exposed landscape of Lincolnshire on Saturday.

The ride was my first PBP qualifier to have been completed this year - with plenty more still to come.

my first audax too, maybe 15years ago.That day the wind was 15mph from the north-east , which made the home trip much better. I was wondering how riders would feel about the headwind this time.
