Help with Specialized Allez 2018 Headset Bearings

Hi all,
I'm hoping someone can help me out here. The bearings in my headset have gone and need to be replaced. I've taken it apart and cleaned it all out and I don't think the headset needs to be replaced. Does anyone know where I can get replacement bearings? I've googled a bit but it just gets more and more confusing.
Anyone else had this problem? Anyone feeling this specialized pain?

What size steerer is it? My Allez is a 2016 with 1 1/8" steerer and the bearings were marked MR155 which are FSA. From their site an equivalent of TH870 was given and a bit of Googling got me sorted.0
