Ok
I think I know the answer to these questions but looking for confirmation
I own 3 Bikes in total and 2 sets of Garmin Vector Pedals - When swapping the pedals between my road bike and CX bike do I need to calibrate every time to allow for accurate power outage?
2nd question- Is it okay to have a 28mm tyre on the rear wheel and a 25 on the front? My Bianchi XR1 doesn't allow for a 28mm to be put on the front as it grinds against the fork but the back is fine.
Im thinking YES for both but just looking for confirmation

Vector 1, 2 or 3?
The first 2 deffo, not sure about the 3.
First 2 are meant to need tightening with a torque wrench, 40nm iirc.
Re tyres, can't see any issue with that.
I have the opposite situ and can run wider at the front than at the rear.Felt F70 05 (Turbo)
