GXP or no GXP, that is the question
Hi all,
I placed an order with CRC for some parts including a SRAM GXP bottom bracket for my 68mm English thread frame. I also ordered a SRAM Force 22 GXP chainset.
On the side of the box it shows a label with 1725 (crank length) 5034 (chainrings) and 'No GXP'.
I'm confused, does this mean they have sent me the incorrect chainset?
Or does it mean the GXP bottom bracket isn't included.
I'm reluctant to start stripping my bike apart until I know for sure that it will fit.
I have emailed CRC customer services.

Silly question - why not open the box and have a look?0

I have opened the box of course.CRC have replied already.
The 'No GXP' refers to the GXP BB not being included.
The spindle is a 24mm and slides through the BB all ok, so now I'm happy it is the right one.0 -

If its SRAm GXP its 24mm on the drive side but 22mm on the non-drive side. Be sure you use a GXP BB rather than a 24mm BB.I ride a bike. Doesn't make me green or a tree hugger. I drive a car too.0 -
Yep. Got the SRAM GXP bb too.0
