I looked on ebay for gold Hope for ages before settling for orange on my black Dolan... don't understand why they dropped gold and gunsmoke and offer purple instead... who buys them in purple?left the forum March 20230 -

Which is why I wonder if a contrast colour might work. But then maybe black is the sensible colour to go for.0 -

I was going to suggest green. What happened to Green? Hope used to do green. Carbon Ti do green as well.
Blue definatley would work and would contrast better. contrast is good.

I was after gold a few years back. Turns out the process of colouring them gold uses some really nasty chemicals and was dropped for that reason.

Go black. You will change the frame at some time and maybe keep the wheels or put them in a second bike. Black will suit any frame colour. I made the mistake of buying red Tune hubs and they didnt suit the next frame.0

Default is alloy, but you can choose the steel one instead... I would and I did...left the forum March 20230 -
