Cannot seem to be able to correct the spelling on my name in the Edit Section; and having some trouble posting an Avatar
Any help?

afaik your username is fixed, if you want to change it you can try contacting the administrator, otherwise just create a new account and stop using the old one

upload avatar here ucp.php?i=ucp_profile&mode=avatar

make sure it conforms to the stated specification, dimensions, file size etc.
