Girona routes for first timer

Myself and a couple of mates are going to Girona for the first time in April. We've only got a couple of days' cycling so want to make the most of our limited time there. Can anyone recommend a few routes that would be a good introduction to the area - we're "enthusiastic amateur" fit rather than race fit
